Our turnaround time is generally approximately 10-15 business days, however we were closed through January 1st so turnaround for all orders placed through the holidays begins on January 2nd.

*** Holiday Turnaround time will be longer than usual. All orders placed by Dec. 7th are guaranteed by Christmas, but not guaranteed within our normal turnaround time. Again, wait time will be longer as we are in the busiest time of the year.

All custom items are final sale. If your item is damaged upon arrival please notify us with 48 business hours of receipt of the damaged item for a replacement. We don't refund if you failed to read turnaround times.

If for some reason you request a refund and we agree to your request, a $3 restocking fee will apply to cover fees charged to us during your transaction.

- Returns are NOT accepted on personalized, custom items unless they are received damage.
- Colors may slightly vary from pictures due to lighting.

We do not offer refunds for expected delays due to mass volume of holiday orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding. You agree to this at checkout.
